From the Heart of Rajasthan: Chef Shivpal

Shivpal hails from the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, from the family of Paramvir Chakra recipient Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, after finishing his hotel Management he joined as Trainee Chef at Taj Ummed in Jodhpur, after his training he continued at Taj Ummed, after working for 3 years he moved to newly opened Taj in Pushkar Ajmer, he also did short stint at Taj Safaris before moving to Beharin (UAE), on his return he joined Khem Hotels and helped setting up kitchen at The Wordsworth Lodge, later he moved to Ranthambhore and opened Fatehs café, most reviews rave about his cooking skills and he has been gifted with good hand on what he does.
